About I Am OK

I Am OK is a check-in system that works from any device. No app required. No smartphone required. No account required.

You set up a plan, choose a schedule, and add your contacts. Then you check in - by clicking a button on a webpage, replying to an email, or texting OK from any phone. If you miss a check-in, your contacts are automatically notified.
